糊里糊涂当作汤骨买回,结果发现是猪爪。原本打算煲汤,因为比较容易,结果胖子说要吃红烧的(唉,他说我太久不做红烧肉了,但是那个实在麻烦),于是,今天我只能被迫做了这个很麻烦的红烧猪爪。

照片拍的很差,而且盘子旁边也被汁粘到,看上去有些不爽。不过也没法重新拍照了,只能这样了,凑合凑合。

做法就是普通的红烧菜的做法,这道菜最最需要的就是耐心和准确的调味。

肯定入味的啦,不入味我也就不拍照了,哈哈,不入味的失败的。

关键是做这个太烦了,和红烧肉的步骤几乎一模一样,而且更麻烦,因为大块,不容易炒。。。我宁可做红烧肉去。做这个最好在放些八角茴香之类的东西,我家没有,不过基本上胖子说我做红烧的东西还是有天分。。。。

上海人就爱吃红烧的,当然拿手啦,我妈这样不会做菜的人,但凡做红烧的菜都不会出错,最近胃口不好,不知道要吃啥,没劲 bebeauty/畫圈圈.gif
